Excelente documental acerca de el origen de los skinheads, desde la fusion de los rude boys y los mods durante la inmigracion de jamaiquinos a fines de los 60, hasta sus derivaciones actuales como los SHARP,RASH y claro algo de la escoria como los boneheads (pseudo skinheads fachos) de quienes se confirma que no tienen nada que ver con las raices del verdadero movimiento ni con la historia de los skinheads.
Dos skinheads franceses viajan mostrando los modos de vida y anecdotas de skinheads en europa y norte america.El documental ademas contiene entrevistas con personajes como Lauren Aitken, Busted Bloodvessel(cantante de Bad Manners), Jimmy Pursey (Sham 69), Rody Moreno (The Oppressed).

The Vibrators - The Best Of - 1999

The Vibrators se formo en 1976 en Londres por el bajista Ian "Knox" Camochan, Pat Collier en bajo, John Ellis en guitarra, y John Edwards en bateria. En 1976 hicieron audiciones para BBC radio 1, el siguiente año fueron teloneros de bandas como The Drones y de Iggy Pop; en ese mismo año sacaron su disco estreno llamado Pure Mania, el cual recibio muy buenos comentarios, incluso gozo de cierta popularidad en el Reino Unido.
Felizmente The Vibrators siguen tocando y haciendo giras manteniendose vigente.

New York Dolls - New York Dolls - 1973

Esta banda se formo en 1971. Sus integrantes fueron David Johansen (voz), Johnny Thunders (guitarra), Rick Rivetts (guitarra), quien fue reemplazado por Sylvain Sylvain, Arthur Kane (bajo) y el baterista de origen colombiano Billy Murcia quien murio tras un desmayo producto de las drogas y el alcohol.Los New York Dolls estuvieron influenciados por bandas como los Rolling Stones, MC5 y los Stoogies.Se separaron en 1977, pero afortunadamente se volvieron a reunir el 2004 y aun hoy siguen haciendo giras.

Espiritu del 69 es un libro escrito por George Marshall, un skinhead de la primera epoca, en el cual relata como era la vida de ellos en aquellos tiempos, ademas trata temas como su origen, el significado de sus vestimentas, entre otros, es realmente interesante.
Seria bueno que le den una leida a este libro especialmente si desean conocer sobre esta cultura, a fin de no cometer errores al juzgar a un verdadero skinhead.

Narcosis was a 80's peruvian punk rock band formed by Wicho Garcia (vocals), Fernando Cachorro Vial (guitar) and Pelo Parado Madueño (drums), the band hasn't a bassist.
This great CD was recorded in a house, and mixed by themselves. Narcosis was one of the first latin american punk group, and this one is my favourite peruvian punk rock band.
You should listen this CD.
