Se juntaron en 1976, sin embargo el primer disco salio en 1980.The Cramps son una banda que mezclo el rock'n'roll de los 50, con el garage y algo de rockabilly, lo cual les sirvio para identificar a la banda con la guitarra fuzz de Poison Ivy sumada a la peculiar voz de Lux Interior. Tras cambios en el resto de sus integrantes la banda continuo hasta la muerte del cantante Lux Interior en Febrero de 2009.

Subhumans - The Day The Country Died - 1983
Subhumans es una banda punk formada en Wiltshire (Londres) con Dick Lucas en voz. Llegaron a sacar su primer single en 1981; continuaron hasta 1985 en el año en que se separan , mientras que para1986 Lucas formó Culture Shock y Citizen Fish en 1990. Para el siguiente año hicieron una gira de reunion, que se repitio en 1998, finalmente desde el 2004 hasta la actualidad han vuelto a tocar aunque con algunos cambios en sus integrantes.

Stiff Little Fingers - Inflammable Material - 1979
Primera produccion de esta bandaza punk rock de Bellfast (Irlanda del Norte).
Formada en 1977 bajo el nombre de Highway Star, empezaron tocando covers de The Clash, hasta que al consolidarse con un estilo propio tomaron el nombre inspirado en una cancion de The Vibrators. Luego de un periodo de separacion entre 1982-1987 la banda regresó con fuerza siempre con Jake Burns en voz hasta la actualidad.

Beastie Boys - Polly Wog Stew [EP] - 1982
Beastie Boys se formo en 1979 en NYC como una banda punk llamada The Young Aborigines.Posteriormente en 1981 con el ingreso de Adam Yauch (MCA) cambiaron el nombre por Beastie Boys. Existen otras versiones acerca del nombre de la banda como quienes dicen que "Beastie" eran las iniciales de "Boys Entering Anarchistics States Towards Internal Excellence".
Los Beastie Boys llegaron a tocar junto a otras bandas de la escena norteamericana como Bad Brains, Dead Kennedys, Misfits, Reagan Youth.
En 1983 John Berry dejo el grupo y fue reemplazado por Adam Horovitz, en ese año empezaron a experimentar con el rap hasta que en 1984 se alejarian del movimiento hardcore haciendo mas rap y ritmos afines, pero esa ya es otra historia.

Ne Luumäet - Ne Luumäet - 1986
You are about to enter a time warp, a space-time discontinuity in which the Ramones are translated into the frozen north and reincarnated as Ne Luumaet, singing the same irresistibly simple 4:4 punk rock music with Finnish lyrics. Ne Luumaet are a four piece band with Kaide Luumaki on drums, Pete Luumaki on bass and backing vocals, Joey Luumaki on lead vocals and Heko Luumaki on guitar. Heko and Pete look similar, and never appear at any band event not wearing matching T shirts. They'll even change shirts when they come out for an encore so that they still match. They've got four lps out, the first titled Ne Luumaet and featuring cover art that could be Rocket To Russia. The songs on that one were Ramones covers with lyrics translated into Finnish in a way that put a new twist on the original stories. After this were three more lps, Verta Ja Luita (Blood and Bones), Laki Ja Jarjestys (Law and Order), and Pahat Ja Rumat (The Bad and The Ugly). These last three are all originals, but the concept hasn't changed since the first one. They have song titles that translate into things like "Lena Is A Glue Sniffer", "Heli Was The Most Beautiful Girl In Nevada", "The Motorbike Club Of Texas" and so on. The last two lps were released on Finnish major label Poko and are truly great records both. Verta Ja Luita and the Ramones covers records are now available together on one CD, and they're quite good but haven't got the production together as well as the other two. There's also a live Ramones covers lp (called It's Alive, of course), but don't bother trying to find it because it was limited to 1,000 copies, all long gone.

Konflikt - Mea Culpa - 1999
Konflikt was founded in April 1990 (Slovakia) under the name 'Azyl'. The band was getting more known in the year of 1992 when they renamed themselves to 'Konflikt A' and after releasing their first album 'Taki sme' they began to be more and more acknowledged. This album made the band famous and gave them opportunities to appear in the media ('Anti nazi' won twice the Czechoslovak rock charts and remained 13 weeks in the top 20 with their other song 'Syn ulice') . The song 'Preèo?' (Why?) (about the separation of Czechoslovakia and blames Meèiar for it) haven't had such 'luck' in the medias. The band encounters a great surprise on a weekend in april 2007, while travelling to gig, they recieve a phone call about being selected in 2 categories of AUREL (Slovakian Grammy) in "The best album-cover of the year", and "The best album of the year" HARD/HEAVY/PUNK-ROCK categories. Nobody guessed this, for Konflikt has never participated in any contest before, the have been playing music for another cause. Anyway this fact hasn't changed anything, Konflikt plays on on every weekend in the clubs of Europe, on the 7th of July 2007 had it's no. 800 gig, and rolls on for that's what makes sense!

Pogo, Mosh & Slam
POGO EN LONDRES 77
Las fuentes usadas por dicha páginas son recolecciones personales y del libro "Rotten - No Irish, No Blacks, No Dogs" y " You'll never be 16 again - Peter Perrett" las fotos son de Annette Weatherman and Erica Echenberg pogueando en el Roxy Club.
Imagina la escena en 1976 y a Rick Wakeman (ex Yes) esta tocando otra melodía infinita de teclado para su audiencia que lo mira fumada y sentada, vestidos con sus ropas jipis (hippies) y sus pelos largos. Bueno ahora hagamos un viaje en el tiempo a las tocadas punk de hoy con saltos desde el escenario, etc. ¿Como llegamos aquí?
Los movimientos punk tienen su propio baile y es muy fácil: cuando el publico supera un poquitín la capacidad del ambiente y el poguista -neologismo sin certificado oficial- se encuentra apretado contra el frente (el escenario) lo que hay que hacer es Subir (y después Bajar, claro). En los comienzos los buenos bailes tenían como condimento las anfetaminas y como casi inevitable resultado; moretones en todo el cuerpo.
"Poguear era muy violento y doloroso. La gente no era apretada hasta morir, pero a veces había heridos serios". Si cien personas saltan juntas freneticamente, todos juntas (el género sexual se murió), alguien va a salir aunque sea levemente lastimado, es parte del pogo. Yo tenia miedo de hacer pogo, excepto con gente que conocía bien, porque era algo peligroso. Sí, los musicos dejaban el escenario y saltaban al público y volaban vidrios y volaban también los instrumentos. Era muy violento y peligroso, por eso creo que era atractivo para la gente."

THE ROBOT
"The Robot" (El Robot) era mucho mas expresivo y menos espontaneo ...Consistía en contracciones de la cabeza, la cara y las manos -apenas perceptibles- y sacudidas mas extravagantes (algo frankesteiniano) de repeto estos movimientos se detenían. El resultado era una secuencia de movimientos frenéticos que se detenían y volvían a comenzar repentinamente y todos a destiempo.

MOSH
Es ir paseándose sobre la gente, como recostado (probablemente antes de practicar el Mosh -que no es una actividad personal sino grupal- antes se debe llegar a dicha ubicación mediante un salto desde el escenario, por eso, el grito pogo, mosh y slam lo ratifica en un solo alarido: tres partes de una misma cosa.
SLAM
Aunque en realidad nadie pide por favor, hay que agarrar (y entre todos) al que se atrevió al Slam, por lo general cuando giramos la cabeza podemos ver como una persona vuela -cae- hacia -sobre- nosotros desde alturas superiores a la de nuestra cabeza (o desde los hombros de algún pogo-performer solidario) y eso todo por pura diversión.

Pilsen - Bajo Otra Bandera - 1993
Este grupo argentino fue creado en 1992 tras la separacion de Los Violadores. La banda estuvo bajo la produccion nada mas y nada menos que por Steve Jones (Sex Pistols). La banda la conformaron Pil trafa en voz, Biko en bajo, Tucan en guitarra y Sergio Vall en bateria, Pilsen se disolvio en 1995.
